About Voice India AI

Voice India AI is building sovereign voice AI for India , creating enterprise-grade voice intelligence designed around India's languages, data, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.

We work at the intersection of AI, voice technology, enterprise, and financial services , and we are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can turn complex technology into compelling visual stories.

The Role

As a Motion Graphics Designer , you will be responsible for bringing Voice India AI's brand, products, campaigns, and ideas to life through motion.

From product explainers and social media creatives to event films, presentations, product demos, and brand campaigns, you'll work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to create visual content that is clear, contemporary, and unmistakably Voice India .

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just know how to animate, but understands storytelling, visual communication, pacing, and brand building .

What You'll Do

- Create motion graphics and animations for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, websites, presentations, and campaigns.
- Develop short-form videos, product explainers, promotional films, event creatives, and brand films.
- Translate complex AI and technology concepts into simple, engaging visual narratives.
- Create animations for Voice India AI's products, features, use cases, and customer stories.
- Work on event and campaign creatives for major industry events, conferences, and launches.
- Develop motion systems, transitions, typography treatments, and visual assets aligned with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand briefs and translate them into strong visual concepts.
- Edit and enhance existing footage, including interviews, podcasts, event footage, and product recordings.
- Create content optimised for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
- Experiment with new visual styles, AI-assisted creative tools, and emerging motion design techniques.




- Maintain consistency across all motion and video communication produced by the brand.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, video design, or a related field.
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro .
- Good understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, transitions, pacing, and storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to take a concept from storyboard → design → animation → final output .
- Robust attention to detail and an eye for contemporary visual design.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in AI, technology, startups, fintech, or enterprise products is a strong advantage.

Good to Have
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop .
- Experience with 3D motion graphics or product animation.
- Experience creating UI/product animations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and video-generation tools.
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, fintech, AI, or technology brands.
- Experience creating event films, large-format screen content, or anamorphic/LED content.
