We're Kaarwan, an initiative by graduates of IIT Roorkee to help improve professionals gain industry-relevant skills through practical result-oriented workshops. Our ultimate goal is Zero Unemployability and maximizing opportunities in the architecture and design field!

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into engaging, high-impact visual stories. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and content teams to create motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and brand content across digital platforms.

The role requires strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, creativity, and a good understanding of motion, typography, composition, pacing, and trends. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is expected.

We’re looking for someone who can think beyond the brief, experiment with ideas, and take ownership of the final creative output.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce visually engaging motion graphics for course content, marketing campaigns, social media




- Collaborate with the content team,creative team and marketing team to conceptualize and execute animation ideas that align with Kaarwan’s tone and brand identity.
- Edit raw footage and add animations, transitions, and other visual effects to enhance video output.
- Work on explainer videos, short-form reels, and visual assets for learning modules.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content with a strong narrative flow.
- Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices in visual storytelling.
- Contribute to AI video generation workflows and tools as part of content production.

Requirements

- Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of basic animation principles, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant motion design and video editing work.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Architecture or a related field.
