We're looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer who cancreate visually compelling content that simplifies financial concepts and elevates our brandacross digital touchpoints.

Role Overview As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you'll be part of the Design team, working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Research teams to create engaging static and motion creatives. From brand campaigns and social media to pitch decks, publications, and product launches,you'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of In Cred Money. Key Responsibilities:● Design high-quality static creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, appbanners, email templates, presentations, pitch decks, magazines, and othermarketing collateral.● Create engaging motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and short-form videocontent for digital platforms.● Create custom illustrations, pictograms, icons, infographics, and other visual assetsthat align with In Cred Money's brand language.● Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers,



and the research team toexecute creative projects.● Ensure consistency with In Cred Money's brand guidelines across all communication.● Translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealingdesigns.● Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and socialmedia content formats.● Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Required Skills: Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in:● Adobe After Effects● Adobe Premiere Pro● Adobe Photoshop● Adobe Illustrator● Adobe In Design● Adobe Media Encoder Valuable to Have● Figma● Canva● Lottie/Bodymovin workflow● Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Chat GPT, or similar platforms.● Video editing skills.
