Motion Graphics Designer – After Effects & AI

D’Genius Solutions is hiring a Motion Graphics Designer with advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, video editing skills, and practical experience using AI creative tools.

This is primarily a motion graphics role. Adobe After Effects will be the main software used, while video editing will also be an important part of the position.

Key Responsibilities

- Create motion graphics, animated advertisements, reels, explainers, brand videos, and social media content.
- Use Adobe After Effects extensively for animation and motion design.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Animate typography, graphics, illustrations, icons, transitions, and visual effects.
- Convert static designs and storyboards into engaging motion-based content.
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, and basic audio enhancements.
- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, video generation, and creative production.
- Customise After Effects templates according to project and brand requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and marketing teams.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Maintain properly organised project files and assets.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional motion graphics experience.




- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Practical knowledge of AI image and video-generation tools.
- Good understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently.
- Robust attention to detail and time-management skills.

Candidate Requirements
- A strong motion graphics portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
- Candidates with only video-editing experience will not be considered.
- Candidates must be comfortable completing a practical After Effects test.
- Applicants should be available to work from our Khar West, Mumbai office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
