Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing content team. In this role, you will bring static designs to life and transform raw footage into high-retention, dynamic video assets. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to craft engaging short-form reels, explainer videos, brand ads, and digital campaign assets across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, typography animations, lower thirds, transitions, and dynamic visual effects.
- Conceptualize, edit, and animate short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives, and product showcases).
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketers to turn storyboards and visual briefs into compelling video deliverables.
- Source and integrate audio, sound effects (SFX), voiceovers, color grading, and stock footage.
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all animated output and digital touchpoints.




- Stay up to date with motion design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and modern AI video tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in motion design and video editing (agency or in-house preferred).
- Portfolio/Showreel: A mandatory portfolio showcasing motion graphics, title animations, and social video work.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. (Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or AI creative tools is a solid plus).
- Solid grasp of core design principles, typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and timing/pacing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple project timelines efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
