- 2+ years of qualified experience in motion design, particularly in consumer-facing digital environments.
- Strong understanding of motion principles, including timing, easing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in After Effects and Figma, with experience in Lottie, Rive, and Blender.
- Ability to produce motion that is purposeful, engaging, and enhances user experience.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product designers and developers.
- Strong interest and understanding of AI-powered creative tools to enhance motion design capabilities.
- Excellent portfolio demonstrating strong motion craft, creative thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and implement high-quality motion graphics and animations for consumer-facing digital products and brand experiences.
- Collaborate with product designers, developers, and brand teams to translate concepts into engaging motion experiences.
- Utilize tools such as After Effects, Figma, Lottie, Rive, and Blender to create production-ready animations.
