Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Grade 1 students.

- Create a warm, positive and nurturing classroom environment.

- Develop students foundational skills in English, Mathematics, EVS and General Awareness.

- Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional development.

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.

- Conduct assessments, maintain records and provide timely feedback.

- Encourage valuable habits, discipline, creativity and positive values among students.

- Organise classroom activities, celebrations and experiential learning experiences.

- Collaborate with coordinators and other teachers for academic planning.

Requirements

- Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent qualification.

- Prior experience as a Primary/Mother Teacher will be preferred.

- Good communication and classroom-management skills.

- Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach towards young learners.
