- Perform breakdown maintenance on injection moulds to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot problems with hot runner systems, engineering drawings, spare parts, and plastic molding processes.
- Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the tool room.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
