Role Description This full-time, on-site Monitoring Executive role is based in Mumbai and involves overseeing security operations through surveillance systems and communication channels.

The Monitoring

Executive will observe CCTV and other monitoring equipment, identify unusual activities, and promptly alert field staff or supervisors as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs of incidents, preparing brief reports, and ensuring that monitoring protocols are consistently followed. The role also involves coordinating with security guards, responding to emergency calls,



and escalating issues according to company procedures.

The Monitoring

Executive will collaborate with the operations team to support smooth, secure, and compliant security operations throughout client locations.

Qualifications

- Ability to monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems with strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with on-site security staff, clients, and supervisors.
- Basic computer literacy, including using monitoring software, email, and incident logging tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick, sound decisions in urgent situations.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Prior experience in security monitoring, control room operations, or related roles is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security or surveillance is beneficial.
- Dependable, ethical, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
