Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented GPS & Stock Monitoring Officer to monitor vehicle movements, track GPS activities, maintain accurate stock records, and support smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to identify and report discrepancies promptly.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor company vehicles and assets through the GPS tracking system.
- Track vehicle locations, routes, stoppages, and movement in real time.
- Identify unusual movements, unauthorized usage, delays, or route deviations and report them.
- Maintain daily GPS monitoring reports and records.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track stock movement, receipts, dispatches, and transfers.
- Identify stock shortages, excesses, or discrepancies and report them to management.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams regarding stock and vehicle movements.




- Verify GPS and stock-related data and ensure records are updated accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of GPS and stock records.
- Escalate operational issues or irregularities to the concerned supervisor/manager.
- Follow company procedures for vehicle, stock, and asset monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in GPS monitoring, inventory/stock control, logistics, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of GPS tracking systems and inventory management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office .
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and monitor multiple activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
