Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area for a Modular Production Manager – CNC Programmer with specialization in Biesse and Homag systems. The role includes managing daily production operations on automated modular manufacturing lines, overseeing CNC programming, setup, and optimization for Biesse and Homag machinery, and ensuring precision, throughput, and safety. The individual will coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow, and work closely with design, procurement, and quality teams to align output with project specifications and delivery timelines.





Responsibilities also include troubleshooting machine issues, maintaining equipment, implementing process improvements, training production staff on CNC operations, and enforcing quality standards for cabinets, wardrobes, vanities, and storage systems.

Qualifications

- Strong CNC programming and operation skills, specifically with Biesse and Homag machinery, including setup, calibration, and optimization.
- Experience in modular furniture or cabinet manufacturing, covering production planning, workflow management, and line balancing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and manufacturing specifications for modular interiors.
- Knowledge of woodworking materials, hardware systems , and quality control standards for high-usage environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train production teams, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to tight delivery timelines.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, production, or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in automated manufacturing environments and comfort working on-site in a fast-paced production facility.
