Azad Hind Dhaba is looking for a Mocktail Person to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality mocktails, coolers, shakes, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, creative, hygienic, and able to work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.

Responsibilities

- Prepare mocktails, coolers, shakes, and other beverages.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quantity.
- Ensure attractive presentation and garnishing of beverages.
- Keep the beverage preparation area clean and hygienic.
- Prepare and maintain syrups, mixes, garnishes, and ingredients.
- Check and maintain beverage stock.
- Ensure quick and efficient service during peak hours.
- Maintain proper hygiene and food-safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.





Requirements
- Experience in mocktail/beverage preparation is preferred.
- Knowledge of different mocktails, coolers, shakes, and beverages.
- Good presentation and garnishing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Freshers with relevant skills or experience may also apply.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience. Experience: 0–2 years preferred.
