- Mobilize eligible community members and youth to enroll in Community Courses and Insurance Courses under the MIBL Project.

- Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities to promote the courses.

- Identify potential candidates and explain course objectives, eligibility criteria, duration, benefits, and career opportunities.

- Coordinate with community leaders, local institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders to maximize participant enrollment.

- Support the registration, documentation, verification, and admission process of candidates for both Community and Insurance courses.

- Encourage regular attendance and participation of enrolled candidates and follow up with participants who are absent or inactive.

- Provide basic information about insurance concepts, financial protection, insurance products, and career opportunities to prospective learners, as per approved project materials.

- Facilitate communication between learners, trainers, and the MIBL Project team and address routine participant queries.





- Maintain accurate records of mobilization, registrations, attendance, course participation, and field activities, and submit regular reports.

- Conduct regular field visits, collect community feedback, support course completion and placement/linkage activities, and perform other mobilization responsibilities assigned by the Project Coordinator.

Requirements

Graduate with Relevant work experience and Insurance sector · Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Commerce Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation , Self driven

· Open to travel and relocate at the project location

· Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.

· Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
