As a Mobile QA Engineer you make sure that the consolidated mobile apps are performing optimally on both the Android and iOS platforms. As an individual QA contributor within our development teams, implement the test strategy, designing and executing test cases , identify defects, and perform a key role in the delivery of high quality mobile applications.
- Manual Testing of Mobile Apps
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand
- Create Excel reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
- Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
- Estimating time involved in assuring each product’s quality
- Meeting project deadlines
- Writing and reviewing testing plans
- Investigating causes of defects that occur during the testing phase
