Job Requirements

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile applications (iOS and Android using React Native).
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Utilize mobile automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, and UI Automator.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and early defect detection.
- Use Jira for defect tracking, sprint planning, and reporting.
- Apply AI-powered testing tools (for example, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate test creation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop recent features.
- Implement security best practices in test automation and ensure mobile applications comply with security and privacy standards.
- Work within Agile methodologies and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.





Work Experience

Required

- 4 to 8 years of experience in mobile automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with Appium, Selenium, and UI Automator.
- Proficiency in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Experience working with cloud-based device farms such as BrowserStack.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.

Additional Skills

- Embedded firmware validation and debugging.
- Hardware-software integration testing.
- Communication protocol testing (BLE, WiFi, MQTT).
- Firmware upgrade and OTA testing.
- End-to-end testing of mobile applications interacting with embedded and IoT devices.
