Role Overview:

We are hiring a Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performing mobile applications that power our internal operations, field workflows, and client facility management services.

Salary: 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- App Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive mobile applications supporting facility management workflows and client services.
- Backend & API Integration: Connect mobile apps with databases, RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend enterprise systems.
- Hardware & Field Features: Implement device features including QR/Barcode scanning for asset tracking, GPS location services, and push notifications.
- UI/UX Implementation: Create clean, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces using modern styling and UI components.
- Code Quality & Security: Write clean, productive code, handle error/crash debugging, enforce data security,



and implement authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).
- Version Control & Deployment: Use Git effectively and assist with application builds (APK/AAB), releases, and publishing on app distribution platforms.
- Documentation & Support: Maintain technical documentation, development notes, and API documentation while providing technical support for deployed applications.

Qualifications & Core Skills:

- Mobile Stack: Strong fundamentals in mobile app development for Android, iOS, or cross-platform frameworks ( Flutter or React Native preferred).
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Dart, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Database & Offline Storage: Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, local storage, and offline caching patterns (SQLite, Room, Hive, or Realm).
- Architecture & State Management: Familiarity with state management (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Redux) and clean mobile architecture (MVVM/MVC).
- APIs & Security: Understanding of RESTful API integration, local data validation, and secure authentication (JWT/OAuth).
- Tools & Version Control: Proficiency with Git/GitHub, development IDEs, and debugging tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- For Freshers: Candidates must demonstrate strong programming fundamentals and provide hands-on academic or personal mobile app projects (GitHub or portfolio links).
