We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in designing enterprise-grade SaaS and cloud applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning the complete design lifecycle—from understanding user requirements and creating user journeys to developing high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to co-work with Agentic AI model, Optimizing processes agnatically [agentic optimizing engineering].
Design intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing enterprise SaaS and cloud applications.
Own the complete UI/UX design lifecycle from requirement understanding to final design.
Analyse existing applications and identify opportunities for improving usability and user experience.
Design new features and enhancements for existing applications.
Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
Ensure designs are intuitive, usable, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, architects, and customers.
Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders.
Translate complex technical/business requirements into simple and effective user experiences.
Ensure consistency across the application’s overall design system.
Must be available for on-call support as needed
Ability to collaborate effectively with Agentic AI models
Capability to optimize repetitive processes and workflows using agentic/autonomous engineering approaches
Required Skills
Solid hands-on expertise in Figma.
Strong understanding of UI and UX design principles.
Experience creating interactive prototypes.
Strong understanding of user journeys, usability, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Ability to leverage AI tools in the design process.
Experience designing SaaS/cloud applications.
Experience designing complex enterprise applications rather than only basic/consumer applications.
Domain Experience
Experience designing applications for enterprise domains such as Banking / Financial Services and IT / Technology.
