Job Title : Rubber Mixing In-charge (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Reports to : Production Manager / Plant Head

Department : Rubber Mixing

Role & responsibilities:

- Final Master Batch Planning, supervising, and controlling all rubber mixing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements.
- The role involves managing manpower, raw materials, machinery, process parameters, and continuous improvement initiatives within the mixing department.
- Ensure production schedules are met according to manufacturing requirements.
- Monitor batch preparation, weighing, mixing, and compound readiness for Moulding
- Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime.

Required Skills:

- Rubber compounding and mixing expertise.
- Production planning and manpower management.
- Quality management and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency (ERP, MS Excel, production reporting systems).

Additional requirements:





- Familiarity with rubber injection Moulding process
- Knowledge of material handling and inventory management
- Experience with laboratory testing and analysis
- Equipment Maintenance
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities for internal mixers, kneaders, mills, batch-off units, and related equipment.
- Report breakdowns and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Maintain equipment efficiency and reliability.

Education and Experience:

- Diploma or bachelors degree in Rubber Technology, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 812 years of experience in rubber compounding and mixing operations.
- Experience in handling Banbury mixers, kneaders, two-roll mills, and batch-off systems.
- Knowledge of rubber formulations and processing techniques.
