Advantmed is seeking an experienced MIS Team Leader to lead our IHA Reporting Team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MIS reporting, report automation, business intelligence, team management, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a data-driven qualified capable of managing a team, enhancing reporting processes, and delivering actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 MIS Executives and Automation Analysts.
- Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting requirements.
- Monitor team productivity, reporting accuracy, and performance metrics.
- Manage client requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and employee development initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
- Analyze operational data and provide meaningful business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
- Resolve reporting, system, and operational issues impacting service quality.
