Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MIS Officer / Executive responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing MIS reports, tracking operational performance, and providing timely information to management for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update and manage Excel sheets, trackers, and operational databases.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various teams.
- Follow up with teams for missing data and working-status updates.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.
- Maintain historical records and backups.
- Share accurate and timely reports with management and stakeholders.




- Provide basic analysis of operational and performance data.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP.
- Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or related field.
- 5 7 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or operations.
- Excel certification/computer course preferred.
