The MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and managing organizational data to support business operations and decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, generating dashboards, and coordinating with various departments for data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Generate business performance reports and dashboards.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and reports.
- Monitor key business metrics and highlight exceptions.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate with departments to gather operational and sales data.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in process improvement and automation of reporting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of reports.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI, MS Excel, Google sheets, or ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Understanding of business operations and performance metrics.
