Job Summary:

- The MIS Executive collects, cleans, and analyzes data from sales, supply chain, and distribution networks. This role turns raw numbers into clear dashboards and reports, helping management track primary/secondary sales, stock levels, and market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales &
- Distribution Tracking:

Monitor daily/monthly primary and secondary sales data, region-wise performance, and target achievements against sales teams.

- Inventory &

- Stock Management:

Track stock-in-hand, stock rotation, warehouse inventory levels, and product expiration risks across supply points.

- Data Consolidation &

- Cleaning:

Gather data from ERP systems (like SAP), distributors, and field sales apps, removing errors or duplicates.

- Create automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports, charts, and live dashboards for business heads.

- Secondary Sales &

- Scheme Tracking:

Analyze distributor off-take, retail reach,



and the effectiveness of trade promotions or market schemes.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and verify figures.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an MIS or data reporting role, preferably within an FMCG, retail, or supply chain environment.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).

- Familiarity with ERP software (SAP)

Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
