We are looking for a MIS Executive who is highly organised and data-driven to manage business reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be strong in MS Excel, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain accurate data related to sales, collections, bookings, inventory, customers, and project performance.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and management reports.
- Track targets, KPIs, achievements, and pending actions across departments.
- Analyse data and highlight key trends, gaps, and performance deviations.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Projects, and other teams for timely data collection.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of business data.
- Maintain and update databases, trackers, and master files.




- Automate and improve existing reports and reporting processes wherever possible.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews and business meetings.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements from management.

Key Skills & Requirements 2–5 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Management, preferably in Real Estate.

Solid proficiency in MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, dashboards, etc.

Experience in preparing management dashboards and performance reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Power BI / ERP / CRM software will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
