Hiring: Analytics & MIS Executive (RFM Analysis)

About the Role

Looking for an Analytics & MIS qualified to manage business reporting, dashboards and data-driven insights across revenue, customer and operational performance for a luxury wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports
- Track revenue, inventory, productivity and business performance
- Conduct customer segmentation and RFM Analysis
- Analyze customer retention, repeat visits, memberships and NPS
- Build management dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets & Power BI
- Generate insights from Zenoti and other business systems
- Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management





Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in MIS, Analytics, BI or Reporting
- Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, Power Query & dashboards
- Power BI/Tableau and SQL knowledge preferred
- Zenoti experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
