Master Data Creation &

- Maintenance

- Ensure accurate and timely creation, modification, and deletion of master data (vendor, customer, material, pricing, etc.)

- Maintain data consistency across systems (ERP, CRM, procurement tools)

- Ensure all master data is correct is item master.

- Registration of item masters on GS-1 portal, wherever required, for EAN code generation.

Data Quality &

- Governance

- Monitor data quality through regular audits and validation checks

- Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and governance policies

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicates

ERP &

- System Management

- Handle master data activities in ERP systems (e.g., BC) with high accuracy

- Coordinate with IT for system enhancements, validations, and issue resolution

- Ensure proper documentation of processes and changes

Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, NPD, finance, sales, supply chain)





- Act as a single point of contact for master data-related queries and requests

- Ensure timely turnaround of business requests

Process Improvement &

- Automation

- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate master data processes

- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors

Compliance &

- Controls

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies

- Support internal/external audits with required data and documentation

Reporting &

- MIS

- Generate reports on data accuracy, turnaround time, and error rates

- Track KPIs and highlight gaps or improvement areas to management

- All FG/SFG/RM/PM Item Unit cost checking &
- Validated if any variance need to RCA

- Report all addition item codes on weekly updates.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
