Role & responsibilities

- Data Collection & Management: Gather daily transport, warehouse, and inventory data from various software, ERP systems, and delivery partners. Clean and verify information to keep databases accurate.
- Performance Reporting: Build regular and custom reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like delivery timelines, vehicle utilization, route efficiency, and freight costs.
- Billing & Reconciliation: Maintain customer and vendor billing logs, generate invoices, and resolve financial discrepancies with the finance team.
- Process Optimization: Analyze bottlenecks, track transit delays, and present data-backed trends to management to improve supply chain workflows.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipping records, proof-of-delivery (POD) files, and regulatory documents are up to date and secure.
