Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain business data and reports. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and supporting management with timely and meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from different sources.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Prepare performance and productivity reports for management.
- Generate regular reports related to sales, operations, attendance, inventory, or other business activities.
- Use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other functions for data analysis.
- Maintain databases and ensure data is updated accurately and on time.




- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management.
- Identify trends and provide useful insights based on available data.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and reporting processes.
- Support automation and improvement of existing reporting processes.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and basic Excel functions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare reports within deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting concepts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
