Role Overview

RK Group is looking for a MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and operational MIS. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert raw data into accurate and meaningful reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Monitor operational data and highlight key trends, deviations, and gaps.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and other departments for data requirements.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible using advanced Excel functions.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting formats.
- Provide timely reports and analytical inputs to management.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills




- Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Charts & Dashboards.
- MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
- Data Validation & Data Management
- Dashboard Preparation
- Solid attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills

Added Advantage: Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or VBA/Macros.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Management, Business Operations, or a similar role can apply.
- Freshers with strong Excel and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in Hospitality, QSR, Food Service, Retail, E-Commerce, FMCG, Railway Catering, or large-scale operations will be preferred.
