Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily operational reports across Atlanta, Northcap, and Vivyx operations. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, tracking production and dispatch activities, and coordinating with teams to close open action points in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain daily MIS reports for Atlanta, Northcap, and Vivyx operations

- Monitor daily production reports and ensure data accuracy and completeness

- Track daily issuance reports and highlight discrepancies if any

- Oversee daily dispatch and return reports for smooth operational flow

- Follow up with internal teams to ensure closure of pending/open points

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates and issue resolution





- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to defined processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

- Good communication skills

Preferred Experience:

- 13 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or operations role

- Experience in handling multiple reports and data tracking
