Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive who will be responsible for sales coordination, MIS reporting, data management, and providing operational support to the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Track sales performance, targets, achievements, and pending orders.
- Maintain and update sales databases and customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order status, quotations, invoices, and other requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards for management review.
- Handle data entry, validation, reconciliation, and regular reporting.
- Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on pending activities.
- Generate reports using Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, filters, and basic formulas.




- Identify discrepancies in sales data and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Support the sales team with presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Maintain proper records of sales-related documents and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Support as required.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Excel formulas.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BBM, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, MIS, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
