About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, enterprise application architecture, system integrations, AI/automation, and digital transformation. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leaders to define architecture strategies, technology roadmaps, and implementation approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution architecture and technical design for enterprise applications and digital transformation programs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions.
- Define application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architectures.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documentation.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, third-party applications, and APIs.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security policies, governance, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews and support governance activities.
- Support solution estimation, planning, risk assessment, and delivery execution.
- Mentor developers and technical leads.




- Drive modernization initiatives using Power Platform, Azure, AI, automation, and Copilot technologies.

Required Skills & Expertise

- 10 - 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Application Design, or Digital Transformation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Strong experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.
- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Custom Connectors.
- Experience with Azure Services and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration, connectivity, and data migration.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with production support and performance optimization.
- Excellent solution design and technical documentation skills.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving innovation.

Preferred / Added Advantage

- Experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification (AZ-305).
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect experience.
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid architectures.
