We’re Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

Seer Dynamics is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

Experience: 5–6 years

Location: India

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and map business processes.
- Configure Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Manufacturing.
- Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical consultants.
- Manage data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
- Deliver user training and post-implementation support.
- Identify process improvements and recommend suitable Business Central solutions.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5–6 years of functional consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in complete implementation lifecycles,



upgrades, and support projects.
- Good understanding of integrations, reporting, workflows, and data migration.
- Solid documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft Business Central certifications will be an added advantage.
