Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Manager with 12–16 years of relevant experience to lead technical delivery, solution architecture, client engagement, team management, presales, and Microsoft practice development.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in D365 F&O;, X++, C#, D365 extensions and customizations, LCS, Azure DevOps, integrations, workflows, and technical architecture. The candidate should have successfully led multiple end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations and possess strong managerial and client-facing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and contribute to Microsoft D365 F&O; practice initiatives and business growth.
- Drive strategic planning and execution for Microsoft practice development.
- Lead multiple D365 F&O; projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, scope, timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Interact with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical architecture and solution design for D365 F&O; implementations.
- Design and implement D365 F&O; customizations, extensions, integrations, and workflows.
- Ensure technical, architecture, and design documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.
- Establish and follow best practices for source control, coding standards, unit testing, build processes, and deployments.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope creep, and change control.
- Conduct client presentations, technical workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Mentor, coach, and support the development of technical team members.
- Participate in performance management, hiring, and team-building activities.




- Contribute to presales, solutioning, estimations, proposals, and client demonstrations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
- Support Microsoft practice development and capability-building initiatives.
- Provide technical solutions using Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, PowerApps, and CI/CD.
- Maintain awareness of the D365 F&O; product roadmap and upcoming releases.
- Ensure compliance with organizational technical standards and internal processes.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;)
- Strong X++ development experience
- Good hands-on knowledge of C#
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O; extensions and customizations

Experience & Qualifications
- 12–16 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Minimum 5 end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification such as B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, MBA, or equivalent.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; and/or Architecture certifications are preferred.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Strong ERP implementation experience.
