Role Description The Microfinance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Thrissur. This role is responsible for overseeing microfinance operations, including managing loan portfolios, monitoring repayment performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The Microfinance

Manager will guide field teams, review credit assessments, approve or recommend loan applications, and implement risk management practices. The role includes preparing financial and operational reports, analyzing data to improve outreach and sustainability, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local communities, and partners.

- Relevant experience in microfinance, banking, or financial inclusion programs is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
