Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microbiology Production Engineer to manage and monitor microbiological production processes, ensuring effective production, product quality, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day microbiological production activities and processes.
- Plan and monitor production batches as per defined schedules.
- Handle microbial culture preparation, fermentation, inoculation, and related production processes.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain proper production records.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, GLP, and biosafety practices.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams for testing and batch release.
- Identify production issues, troubleshoot process deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and contamination-control standards in the production area.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and microbial cultures.
- Prepare production reports, batch records, and other required documentation.




- Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of production equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in microbiology production, fermentation, bioprocessing, or a similar industry.
- Good knowledge of microbial culture handling and production processes.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, quality control, and biosafety practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, QC, QA, and R&D; teams.

Preferred Experience Experience in agro-biologicals, biofertilizers, biopesticides, microbial products, fermentation, or industrial microbiology will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
