Job Summary

We are looking for M.Sc. Microbiology freshers to join our Microbiology Laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for sample processing, culture-related laboratory work, testing, documentation, and following laboratory SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, identify, and process clinical samples as per SOPs.
- Perform routine microbiological testing under supervision.
- Assist in culture and sensitivity testing.
- Perform basic staining techniques such as Gram staining.
- Prepare and handle culture media and laboratory reagents.
- Maintain proper sample identification and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory records and test results.
- Follow laboratory SOPs, quality control, and safety procedures.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the microbiology work area.
- Handle laboratory equipment and instruments as per SOPs.
- Report any sample discrepancy or unusual observation to the senior team.
- Coordinate with senior microbiologists and laboratory staff.

Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. Microbiology – Fresher
- B.Sc. Microbiology candidates with relevant exposure may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microbiology laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of Gram staining, culture media, bacterial identification, and AST is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn diagnostic microbiology processes.
- Ability to work in a team and laboratory workplace.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
