Role & responsibilities

- Teach MBBS and MD students

- Conduct theory and practical classes

- Guide postgraduate students

- Supervise laboratory activities

- Conduct examinations and assessments

- Support infection control activities

- Participate in research and publications

- Maintain laboratory quality and safety standards

- Manage day-to-day departmental activities

Preferred candidate profile

- MD/DNB in Microbiology

- Experience in a medical college preferred

- Positive teaching and communication skills

- Experience in postgraduate teaching and research

- Good knowledge of diagnostic microbiology

- Knowledge of infection control and antimicrobial resistance

- Research publications preferred

- Ability to work effectively in a team
