We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Dy, Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager/DGM Operations (MICE). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international MICE operations, contracting, corporate handling, and vendor management with excellent industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound MICE & Group Operations

- Handling complete outbound MICE operations and logistics
- Managing large international groups (50 to 5000 passengers)
- Experience in escorted international/domestic group handling
- Designing innovative MICE destinations and logistics feasibility
- Ensuring seamless on-ground support and execution

Vendor & Network Management
- Strong network with DMCs, hoteliers, transporters & vendors
- Maintaining relationships with international DMCs and suppliers
- Negotiating competitive rates and ensuring quality delivery
- Staying updated on global travel products and destinations

Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Building and maintaining strong corporate relationships
- Preparing tailor-made itineraries & presentations for corporates




- Converting leads through relationships and service excellence
- Creating new markets and business opportunities
- Maintaining business pipeline and achieving sales targets

Operations & Client Servicing
- Overseeing complete file operations of confirmed business
- Ensuring impeccable customer service and delivery
- Handling last-minute changes and operational challenges
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintaining high turnaround time and client satisfaction

Accounts & Documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable/receivable records
- Invoicing and budget planning support to corporates
- Knowledge of international visa processes
- Maintaining operational and financial records

Ideal Candidate Profile

15+ years in travel industry with outbound MICE expertise

Robust corporate and vendor network

Experience handling large international groups

Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills

Ability to manage pressure and deliver premium service

Strategic thinker with business development mindset
