Role Description This is a part-time Mexican Translation role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating documents, product information, specifications, and marketing materials from English to Mexican Spanish and vice versa, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency. The role involves reviewing and localizing content for international buyers, coordinating with merchandising and production teams to clarify terminology, and maintaining glossaries and style guides.





The translator will support communication with Mexican Spanish-speaking clients through written correspondence and may assist in preparing bilingual presentations or reports as needed.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in English and Mexican Spanish, with excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in translation or localization, preferably in fashion, textiles, or export-related documentation.
- Ability to adapt language for cultural nuances and professional business communication with international clients.
- Good understanding of basic garment and fashion terminology or willingness to learn industry-specific vocabulary.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle part-time hybrid work.
- Comfort using standard office software and online collaboration tools for document creation, editing, and communication.
- Diploma or degree in Languages, Translation, Literature, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in export-oriented companies or international client communication will be an advantage.
