We are looking for an experienced MI / Reporting Engineer with solid expertise in Management Information, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL . The role will support billing transformation and deliver reporting and analytics solutions across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.

Note: This is a 1-year contract role .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain MI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Build reports covering billing, invoicing, revenue, collections, receivables, and billing exceptions.
- Develop executive and operational dashboards using Power BI .
- Work with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support KPI tracking and transformation programmed reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability of reporting solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in MI,



Reporting, and Business Intelligence .
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL .
- Strong SQL development and query optimization skills.
- Experience in Billing, Invoicing, Revenue Management, or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Understanding of collections, receivables, reconciliation, and billing operations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Billing Transformation, ERP Transformation, or Finance Modernization .
- Exposure to SAP BRIM, Zuora, Salesforce Billing, Oracle Billing , or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Revenue Recognition and O2C processes .
- Experience with Collibra, Alation, or Microsoft Purview is an advantage.
