About the Role

We're hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to own our paid social campaigns end to end — strategy, setup, daily optimisation and reporting. You'll manage real budgets across multiple accounts and be directly accountable for ROAS and cost per lead. If you like watching numbers move because of a decision you made, you'll enjoy this role.

What You'll Do

- Plan, build and launch campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — conversions, lead generation, traffic and retargeting
- Manage Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, pixels, Conversions API and custom audiences
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and placements
- Monitor daily performance and optimise for ROAS, CPL, CPC, CTR and CPM
- Write ad copy and hooks, and brief the design and video team on the creatives you need
- Build and manage audience segments — lookalikes, custom audiences and retargeting pools
- Track conversions accurately using Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4
- Share clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps
- Coordinate with the creative team so every campaign has fresh creative in rotation
- Stay current with Meta's policy changes,



ad formats and algorithm updates

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta ad campaigns with live budgets
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Comfortable with pixel setup, event tracking and conversion troubleshooting
- Confident reading data and making optimisation calls based on it
- Understanding of the full funnel — TOF, MOF, BOF — and how creative and audience work together
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting

- Solid ad copywriting instincts
- Clear communication, including explaining performance to non-marketing people
- Please share campaign results or case studies with your application — spend managed, ROAS or CPL achieved, and category

Good to Have
- Google Ads experience (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
- E-commerce and D2C experience — Shopify, catalogue and dynamic product ads
- Basic Canva or creative editing skills
- Landing page optimisation or CRO experience
- Google Analytics or Meta Blueprint certification
- WhatsApp Business API and lead automation experience
