We are looking for a Meta Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for our clients. The candidate should have practical experience in Meta Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.

- Create and optimize lead generation, engagement, traffic, and conversion campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements.

- Analyze key metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.

- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for campaign creatives.

- Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve reach and engagement.





- Track leads and conversions and provide campaign performance reports.

- Manage multiple client accounts and meet campaign deadlines.

- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Meta Ads.

- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.

- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

- Understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
