We are a specialized engineering company focused on high-quality metal powder products. We are seeking a hands-on Production & Maintenance Engineer to support our core manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining plant machinery, monitoring metal powder processing lines, and directly operating our vacuum sintering furnaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Vacuum Sintering Furnace Operation: Set up, program, run, and monitor vacuum sintering furnaces according to precise metallurgical atmosphere, temperature, and cycle specs.

- Production Operations: Assist in supervising daily metal powder compaction, pressing, sintering, and finishing processes to meet daily output and quality targets.

- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance on furnaces, hydraulic presses, powder mixers, and auxiliary equipment.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose thermal, mechanical, electrical, and vacuum leak issues to minimize process downtime.

- Quality Assurance: Inspect sintered components for dimensional accuracy, density,



and structural integrity; log process parameters for traceability.

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols regarding high-temperature systems, gas flow controls, and powder handling safety.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.

- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a metals, heat-treatment, or powder metallurgy manufacturing facility.

- Core Skills:

- Direct, hands-on experience operating vacuum sintering or high-temperature industrial furnaces.

- Practical understanding of vacuum systems (pumps, leak detection, pressure gauges) and heat-treatment cycles.

- Solid background in mechanical/electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with metal powders, pressing operations, and metallurgical testing is a major plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
