About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our development team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React.js, with proven experience building secure, scalable web applications, dashboards, backend systems, and third-party API integrations.

Preferred Domain Experience

Candidates with experience developing pharma, healthcare, medical, patient-management, or other healthcare technology products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly applications using React.js.
- Build robust backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB or MySQL.
- Develop business and analytics dashboards with KPIs, charts, reports, filters, and data visualisations.
- Integrate third-party APIs, webhooks, SaaS platforms, and external systems.
- Develop secure API integrations with appropriate authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
- Build automated workflows using APIs and webhooks.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimised for performance.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform unit testing,



integration testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Participate in application architecture, technical planning, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Experience with React Hooks, state management, reusable components, and responsive UI development.
- Experience developing complex dashboards and data-driven interfaces.

Backend

- Strong experience with Node.js.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of API architecture and backend application design.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth 2.0, and API keys.
- Experience working with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

Database

- Strong experience with MongoDB or MySQL.
- Experience with database schema design, queries, indexing, aggregation, and performance optimisation.
- Understanding of data security and access control.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience and strong technical expertise will also be considered.
