Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Retail Merchandiser, located in Chennai.

The Retail

Merchandiser will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, managing inventory levels, planning product displays, and ensuring thorough execution of brand standards in-store. Additional tasks include coordinating with suppliers, ensuring merchandising accuracy, and maintaining a strong focus on driving sales growth and meeting customer expectations. Collaboration with store teams to implement promotional activities will also be a key element of this role.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in inventory management, product planning, and stock optimization
- Excellent skills in merchandising, visual displays, and store layout design




- Strong project coordination and supplier relationship management expertise
- Understanding of market trends and experience in sales data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under deadlines, and solve problems effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail operations, especially in fashion or lifestyle segments, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
