1. Product Development & Techpack • Prepare and maintain BOM, Costing Sheets and Techpacks for Bags, Rucksacks and Apparel.

- Prepare detailed technical specifications, measurements, construction details and material requirements.
- Ensure approved designs and technical requirements are correctly implemented in samples.
- Sampling & Master Coordination • Coordinate with Masters for Bag, Rucksack and Apparel sample development.
- Follow up on samples progress and ensure required corrections are implemented.
- Review samples against techpack; approved design and development requirements.
- Maintain the final approved sample as a reference for further development and production. 3.

Overall

Coordination • Act as a coordination point between Design team, Master, Printing/Branding, Production and external vendors/agencies.
- Support photoshoot preparation for current products.
- Monitor development activities and follow up on work is completed as planned.
- Identify product-related issues during development and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation, references and status updates throughout the product development process Role & responsibilities
