Job role: Assistant Manager – Tshirt

Department: Merchandising

Location: Head Office

Reporting To: Category Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and develop seasonal Tshirtr ,ranges based on fashion trends, sales data and customer demand.

- Manage vendor coordination for fabric sourcing, trims, washing, finishing and bulk production.

- Handle sampling, fit approvals, size sets and pre-production approvals.

- Ensure target costing and margin achievement through price negotiations and cost control.

- Track purchase orders, production timelines and ensure on-time delivery to warehouse.

- Maintain accurate documentation, product data and vendor records in merchandising systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of Tshirt fabrics and garment production.

- Experience in vendor sourcing, costing and production follow-ups.

- Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel.





- Analytical mindset with focus on margins, sell-through and inventory performance.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Fashion Technology, Textiles, Apparel Management or related field.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in merchandising or product development within retail or apparel manufacturing.

- Experience in handling Tshirt categories is mandatory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
