As we continue to strengthen and scale our retail presence, we are looking for a Retail Merchandiser with strong industry experience, commercial acumen, and leadership capability within luxury retail.
About the Role
This role requires strategic ownership of retail merchandising, inventory planning, and designer relationships across stores. You will play a key role in driving sell-through, optimizing assortments, and elevating the overall retail experience.
What the Role Involves
Retail Merchandising Strategy
- Own end-to-end retail merchandising strategy across categories and stores
- Drive seasonal buying plans aligned with sales performance, customer demand, and brand direction
- Analyze sell-through, stock turns, ageing inventory, and margins to guide decisions
- Plan and execute markdowns, replenishments, and transfers with a strong focus on profitability
Designer & Brand Management
- Manage relationships with designers and brand partners
- Lead negotiations on commercials, exclusives, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Ensure alignment between designer collections and Elahe's retail positioning
- Oversee timely launches, restocks, and in-store representation
Store Performance & Execution
- Partner closely with retail teams to optimise floor assortments and VM effectiveness
- Ensure right product, right depth, right time across stores
- Monitor store-wise performance and proactively course-correct gaps
- Support store teams with product knowledge, pricing clarity, and sell ability insights
Inventory & Operations Oversight
- Work closely with retail, marketing, VM, and leadership teams
- Provide clear direction, structured follow-ups, and ownership across functions
- Drive solutions proactively rather than escalating issues
