About the Role

We are looking for a MEP Intern to support the engineering and project teams in the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for real estate projects. This internship will provide practical exposure to MEP design, site coordination, drawings, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the MEP team in planning and coordination of MEP services for real estate projects.
- Support preparation, review, and updating of MEP drawings and layouts.
- Assist in coordinating Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services.
- Support the team in checking drawings for coordination and identifying potential clashes.
- Assist with site inspections and monitor MEP work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, civil teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors for MEP-related requirements.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material quantity calculations, and basic cost estimates.
- Support documentation of site observations, progress reports, and MEP-related records.




- Assist in checking the quality and installation of MEP works at site.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and usage related to MEP works.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of basic MEP coordination issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Ensure that drawings and documentation are properly maintained and updated.

Preferred candidate profile Key Skills & Competencies

- Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and building services.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on-site.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Proactive approach and attention to detail.

Eligibility
- Pursuing Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
- Freshers and students looking for practical industry exposure are welcome.
- Candidates with an interest in MEP design, building services, and real estate project execution will be preferred.
