Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage electrical MEP execution for commercial/residential projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Monitor installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and ELV systems.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, productivity, and progress.
- Coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and other MEP teams.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, inspection,



and handover of electrical systems.
- Review measurements and contractor bills and support cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and project procedures.

Desired Skills
- Solid experience in electrical MEP execution for large-scale projects.
- Good knowledge of HT/LT, DG, transformer, panels, lighting, ELV, and testing & commissioning.
- Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
